"A simple butter dish that matches my Noritake Colorwave Chocolate dinnerware has been on back order since April(Invoice #1100040540/Order#1100037918). This is disappointing because it does not appear on the website as a "back order" item and with each sale email notice they continue to show it like it is available. Email to/from them indicated it would ship around June 11th but I still have not received it.
My second order listed below is mostly for bakeware. A pitcher was to have shipped on June 11th but I have not received it yet. The rest of the order is delayed due either to the warehouse closing for inventory and/or back orders.
I do not believe I will deal with them anymore because they do a horrible job of communicating and updating delays in shipments. It seems it is the responsibility of the consumer to stay on top of the order and that is not good customer service."
