"I placed an order for two Fisher Price toys from GiftHome.com. For availability, both said "usually ships the same business day." I immediately got the confirmation email that my order was placed. I did not hear from them for a week, so I checked the status and it said "This order is pending review." I wrote a polite email asking for clarification on the status and asked if I could provide any information to help complete the transaction. A week later, I still hadn't heard from them and the status remained the same. I wrote another email (this time a little more demanding) asking again for the status and whether I could help in any way to complete the transaction and if not, I would go find another place to order these items from. I didn't hear from them and just checked the status of my order today and it now says "This order has been canceled." (yes, spelled incorrectly) No explanation or anything from them. I am very unhappy with this seller and will never try buying anything from them again and wanted to warn others of what happened. I'm also going to be checking my credit card statements over the next months to make sure they don't charge me."

"I wasn't too sure about ordering from gifthome.com as there were no ratings for this store. But, they were the only place I could find that had some Little People sets that are no longer in production. I was pleasantly surprised that my order shipped the next day and arrived after only 3 days time. I would shop with them again."
