"I ordered a bowl and plate online, and they didn't email with a tracking number after several days. They did take payment, however. I emailed them to follow up, and they said they were trying to obtain the merchandise. I said they could have a week to find it; if they were unsuccessful, I asked for a refund after a week. I followed up via email 3 times and never heard back. I paid using PayPal, and I am now disputing the charge through PayPal, although the seller has yet to respond to either PayPal or me. Don't buy from them!"
"Awful! I emailed with questions about shipping an never got a response,so I ordered my item anyway and waited nine days with no response about the status of my item. After emailing,and face booking and calling them I finally emailed them to get back to me or refund my money,within an hour my money was back in the bank but they had shorted me! Do Not buy from these people they are theifs"
"I ordered $280.00 in merchandise from this website to use as wedding gifts in Jan 15,2013 One week after placing the order I decided to follow up via e-mail. Some lady named Holly replied two days after but was nothing but vague. After 13 days inactivity, I demanded a tracking number for them. Holly e-mailed me a number that was not functional on the UPS, Fed Ex or USPS website. I would’ve called the company at this point but there’s not a phone number listed on the website. Today, I replied demanding a real tracking number and threatened to cancel the order and report the transaction as fraudulent to my credit card. She replied again stating that the “warehouse” made a mistake and the order was going to ship soon. (15 days after my initial order was placed!!!). I never write online reviews but this company does not deserve your business. Buy from a more reputable online dealer and save yourself a headache. Never again Gift shop1234…. never again."
"Do not deal with this company. I used my credit card to purchase an item and then when the credit card statement came in found they had charged twice, once at time of order then again on despatch of goods. I have emailed time and time again and no action other than a promise to get accounts to look in to it.....
My credit card company told me businesses like this try to delay customers contacting their cc company. By doing this they know the credit card company will be reluctant to get involved due to the time lapse. In my country this is called fraud. "
"TERRIBLE - Don't buy from here - awful customer service! I ordered a globe and immediately received an email that it was backordered. Because I needed it soon for a gift, I sent back an email to cancel the order. I received an email back that they had gotten the cancellation request, and asked me to confirm it because the product had come in. I emailed back a few days later to confirm, yes, I wanted to cancel the order. At this point I was told very rudely that the globe had been shipped despite my cancellation request, and that if I wanted to return it, I would still have to pay both shipping directions AND a re-stocking fee. AWFUL customer service."
"Before placing my order I chatted with a rep on their site to ensure the item was in stock - a rare GUND coffee mug. The item arrived quickly, but I noticed the mug has some minor manufacturer defects. I called the company and they are sending me another one right away, without asking me to return the defect item. Shocked, I felt I should spread the word about how pain free this experience has been. I do not blame them for the defect as it came in an unopened box. They were very easy to deal with and their customer service has been wonderful. I would order from this company again without hesitation."
