"I wanted to respond w/ a customer review of giftcardrescue.com. I see alot of positive reviews about the company and it’s harder to find the negative. I would say too much of their cash went into marketing and not enough on customer service. This is the worst experience I have had dealing w/ an internet company. I paid to send my $50 card in on 1/7/12 with UPS tracking. The PO said received on 1/10/12. GCR.com didn’t mark it as recieved until I called, emailed, commented a bunch of times on 1/14/12 and they said they would email me my Amazon code in 1-2 days. 2 days later, no response, I couldn’t get anyone on the phone at all and no one would respond to an email. Finally on Friday 1/18 they sent me an email after once again i had to go to their facebook, twitter, and any email address i could find attached to them, with my payment code. Not once could I reach anyone on the phone. Warning to any future customers, beware this company, I have since read many complaints with the same story as mine. They aren’t rated w/ the BBB because of too many unresolved complaints, and I for one, will never do business with them again. Research and make your own decision"
"I ordered an Express gift card and it shipped 4 days after the order was placed. There's a shipping notification with no tracking number. I had no problems using the gift card I ordered, I checked the balance and it contained the amount I ordered."
