I placed this order on 7/26/2021, a total of $1,327.47. Like it took them 2 days to get the money off my account but 6 months up till now no refund.

I have been calling them and speaking with different people and I have not gotten any progress on this order so far and we are in November. I spoke with one of their staff today and he mentioned the order is being return back to them and they will track it. This is the same excuse I have been getting since July.

You are not communicating with me or saying anything in relation to my order or refund. We are in November and I have been going back and forth with you guys since June. This is unacceptable and who ever I just spoke with today seem to have the wrong career choice. I calmly spoke to you and patiently waited for your response only for you to start giving me attitude over the phone and interrupting me when I speak. You deal with people and great communication skills should be highly emphasized. No one will be calm or happy to be in my situation (6 months of waiting) and no effort on you guys part. Yet I still respectfully reach out to you guys without creating any drama.

I have been patient with you guys especially because Pinto(I believe thats his name) was very courteous with me through this and I have been shopping with you guys for some time now. But I am really disappointed that things will have to end this way. Please kindly refund back my total of $1,327.47."

"This smells great however I think this is a fake as the fragrance community claims it's about a 5-6 hour scent but this only last 1-2 hours tops then becomes a skin only scent and even then barley noticeable basically I got ripped of for about 70 bucks I wish Walmart would check it's sellers products more closely before allowing them to sell on Walmart.com avoid this seller defiantly selling a fakes. "I ordered $731.60 the payment went through. 2days later I received a email stating shipment is on hold call Gift Express. I called the number the guy ask me too verify the information I did the he asked for a picture of my credit card and ID I said no I am not going to be a victim of IDENTITY theft so instead I sent a Copy of my Company Address with my employee ID and my payroll check over 6k also this is the address that I had my shipment being sent to. They still insist of my ID that made me very suspicious so I cancelled my order."

"Bought cologne online, they sent a tracking number right away, but according to the link it was never picked up or sent. I called 3 weeks later and they said they would cancel the order and refund my money within 2-3 days. 10 days later I am still waiting for a refund. Terrible company. "
