"WOW where to begin. First off my order did not ship for almost 2 weeks. I had to message them multiple times to get an update on the order. Then my order arrived in multiple "dropshipments" which means they list the items for sale desire not actually having the items themselves. They take your info and then order it from another site like Harry and Davids and charge you for it. You would get way better prices and service buying directly from a vendor. So it finally arrives and the quality is horrible. Everything was outdated and stale. I contact customer service and they said that they knew the products were outdated and part of the holiday STOCK. Are you kidding me? So after explaining to them I want to return it for a refund they are now giving me the run around and not giving me a return label or a refund. I am contacting the bank to file a claim against them and contacting the BBB."
