It showed 20% off automatically without a code, then asked for my e-mail info & gave me a 15% off code which you can't use with the other (of course) then tried to go back to the 20% off & the system wouldn't let me, I called in to the toll free# twice & both reps wanted me to pay the higher amount & wait for credit (HA!!). I ended up guessing on a code to get the 20% off & it worked! All on my own by myself that your call rep answering the phone said they didn't have & couldn't do & didn't have codes!! I almost didn't make the purchase after all the aggravation...until I figured it out on my own!!"
