"For a company that sells to professionals, this company is completely unprofessional. What they advertise online is different from what they actually send you. If you try to contact them via their online contact form, they do not respond. When I finally reached them via phone, I received a gift that was the same exact gift I had ordered for someone else previously, except mine did not have a gold plated emblem, did not come with a case, and was a different shape name plate. They continuously (and rudely) told me what I received was what the customer ordered, which is not true because I had ordered the same exact item (there's only 1 dentist nameplate on the website) that looked completely different. They said the manufacturer might be "cutting down on costs" yet the price was the same for both orders. They also didn't believe that I had ordered from their company previously because they couldn't find my name in their system without even asking for an order number. In addition to being wrong and unhelpful, this was the rudest "customer service" representative I've ever spoken to. Do not buy from this Gifts for Professionals."
"I have gotten to where I don't even believe online reviews anymore. People like to complain but never compliment so I am complimenting! Ordered something. Spelled name wrong. Found out two days later. I called them and they actually had it ready to ship and redid it without charge and sent it that day. That is kind. This isn't a huge company so they seemed to give personalized service. Person was nice and helpful."
"I never received my order they never contacted me I called and left five messages with their two customer service numbers over a week I wrote two emails to two different addresses I tried to cancel using their form online didn’t work I opened a dispute via PayPal they told me to try to contact the seller I finally got a hold of them today and I talked to a woman who was probably the most rude and dumb hick I’ve ever had the displeasure to speak with who said they would refund me and that no one was trying to take advantage of me. Now I’m escalating the dispute due to that lie. Please don’t order from them."
"I ordered a gift for my husband for his Navy promotion. It was ordered several weeks prior to the promotion. It never arrived. I tried contacting the company several times through phone calls and e-mails. They never responded or contacted me to explain why my order was never completed. I was charged for the item and was about to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge when I finally received a credit for my order. So they did receive my messages, because they credited the charge back a month later, but I was still never contacted to say why the item was never sent. Very disappointing, especially when you are trying to buy a gift for a special occasion. Very unprofessional. Do not order from this company!!!"
"Our company had less than a week to plan a party for a colleague. Our colleague was a valued member of the team and she was leaving for a Director position and we wanted to give her something very special.
I am always leery of on-line stores but Gifts for Professionals had all of the items that we wanted. We purchased a crystal business card holder, crystal pen holder and crystal name plate. Josie was the representative that helped me with the purchase. We were able to provide a shipping label so that it could be shipped overnight! All of the items were absolutely beautiful!!! "I don't like writing negative reviews but I have yet to receive a response from Gifts for Professionals after several attempts at contacting them with no response. I ordered three standing slate picture frames. One came. Apparently the other two were discontinued or no longer carried by Gifts. I can't know for sure because I was never contacted as to the why. Order complete and shipped. Really? Where are the other two picture frames? Luckily I was only charged for one but still the full price for shipping. I understand that product availability can change at any time, but it would be nice to be told that so I could have made other plans sooner. These were for adult baptisms and I had to secretly give this picture frame with their baptism in it, to not make the other two feel bad. I would stay away from this company if it's something that really matters."

"I placed an order 9/5/14 and was told the item was backordered until 10/6/14. I have checked the status each day following and the ship date moves back one day. I have sent numerous message to their customer service requesting a call as well as placing phone calls and can not reach anyone. The service at this company is TERRIBLE! The indicator for back ordered items says that anything that is backordered will be shipped within three weeks. WHAT IS HAPPENING TO THIS? It's been almost two months! Do NOT order anything from this company!!!"

"A very positive experience. There aren't many stores who have such a selection. I wanted to find something for my hairstylist and Gifts for Professionals has that occupation and a decent selection. Most other stores that sell "corporate gifts" have things for lawyers and doctors but not as many as this site which has stuff for teachers, nurses, pharmacists, and even social workers. I liked the variety and had no issues to complain about. Got my order in about 8 days (it was engraved)."
"Gifts for Professionals sent me a broken statue and when I called to ask about a replacement/refund on 3/28, the "customer service agent" Josie Murphy yelled at me because she'd "done me a favor" by customizing the order and I should have known that it would break during transit. I asked to speak to a manager (at 4pm) and she said he'd gone home for the day but she would email me a shipping label so that I could mail the statue back. She never mailed me the shipping label or issued a refund. I have called several times to speak with the manager, Shannon Burns, but he will not answer the phone or call me back. Josie screens all phone calls and refuses to transfer me to anyone else in the company that can resolve this issue, yelling at me every time I call and she says that Shannon will call me "when he gets around to it." I received an email from Shannon a few days later telling me that I'd get a refund, but he still refuses to call me back or actually issue the refund. Don't EVER order from this company - they are a complete scam!!"
"I love the engraved firefighter keychain I ordered for my brother. The product quality is quite exceptional. I was watching this item and had it on my wish list for awhile. When I went to order it, I was a bit confused because they redesigned their website, but the only reason it was confusing is that I was checking their site on a regular basis and waiting until by brother's birthday got closer. Overall, very good product, relatively fast shipping. It took a few extra days to arrive but that is because I ordered personalization."
