Do not do business with this company !!!

"They should rename their business "Gifts in whenever..." ! I paid $40+ for 1 day shipping,and the gift arrived in 4 days-too late for me to give it to the recipient.When I contacted the company,they insisted That they would not refund the shipping,and told me that it said on my order that the shipping could be late,and blah,blah,..... Nothing was on my order or my confirmation.They just flat out lied. I've put it into dispute on my credit card,and I'm sure the charges will be reversed when they see the order and confirmation that I got.
Shop anywhere but here !!!! Buyer beware !!!!

Don't waste your time!

"You guys would not allow returns due to the covid 19, that is a lame excuse because you don't want to loose money. My napkins monogram was not visible at all. You could have atleast let me return my items or even offered me gift card..but no you would rather loose a customer and also loose potential customers due to a bad review. You guys really ****!!!!"

They take your money and run

"Placed almost a $600 order for Christmas. When I went to hit purchase after entering my cc info, I was disconnected. The website had said I would receive my huge order by December 24. I emailed concerning my order being received - they responded. I also had inquired if it would be possible to have my order by Christmas - no response.

I just received a FedEx email saying all my Christmas gifts would be arriving the 26th. Epic Fail. They never gave me the opportunity to upgrade my delivery date. I emailed them and it was basically, "the dates are approximate" and no response to my comment that they never returned my email regarding delivery.

Not impressed with their customer serive - especially since it was very large. Even a small one deserves better attention. Will not order from them again.

"I was unhappy with the quality of the paper weight so I emailed ****@**** 3 times and called 1-***-***-**** the number on the website 4 times.

Originally, my wish was to upgrade my order and move on as I have never had an issue with gitfsin24. After 6 business days without a return call or an acknologement of my emails, I placed a claim with Paypal.

WOW! I received a phone call to call back…I called back, no answer again, a voicemail. I left another voicemail and then about 3 hours later I received a phone call that my email had never been received. I confirmed the email address and checked my spam. Email correct, no bounce back.
“Marie” giftin24 rep said that I cannot receive a refund.
