Would Not Allow Ordering

"Got to checkout, 1 item only. Tried to get order in, it was not accepted several times and kept returning page. Error that my mailing address, which has been used thousands of times successfully , did not match my street address of many years--which it did! Tried emailing to get fix and business server refused to accept and bounced it back immediately. "

Love this store!

"Nothing sweeter than giving a personalized gift to someone you care about. You have to pad in the extra days for personalization but they are pretty quick. The high point is the quality of the gifts. Really nice stuff. I have nothing but good things to say about them!"

"I too, have had a terrible and dissapointing experience with Gifts For You, LLC. I ordered a enlarged canvas print from a photo that was perfectly clear. When I rec'd it, the image was completely blurry and poor quality. This was a Christmas gift which i could not even give my son. When I called the company, they advised to me take a picture of the canvas that arrived and send it to them. As I has called 3 previous times to get through and had to hand up after 45 minutes on hold, they told me someone would contact me right away via email. And, that I would still be able to get the gift in time for Christmas. Well, that never happened. I once again had to call and wait on hold. When I explained the problem and lack of customer service I was told that they were not going to refund my money. They are a terrible company to deal with and they deliver terrible products."

"My daughter received a gift from someone who ordered from this company. The person inadvertently ordered the wrong birthstone on an item for her. It was not personalized with any initials or name or in a special size. When we contacted the company, they did not return an initial voice mail, and when we finally reached them they said the personalization (the birthstone) did not allow them to accept the return, even though they could have resold the item to someone with that birth month birthday. They claimed exceptions could be made to their policy, but they were choosing to not make an exception. I consider this very shortsighted in the issue of customer service. since it is an item that can be resold, I think it would be nice if they would let us return the item and order one with the correct stone. I will never use this company again."
