"Very poor customer service. We ordered an electronic keyboard, it came cracked. We called Gigasonic and the representative said that we have to repack it and pay for the shipping of the item back to them. Complete nonsense. We were shipped a BROKEN item, and they wanted US to pay the shipping fee to have it sent back to them?? The guy said to me "It's not that simple". Well, yes, it is that simple. We were shipped a broken product, the company should have been courteous to pick it up from us and replace it free of charge. If you're ordering something bigger than can fit in an envelope and want it not broken, DON'T ORDER FROM GIGASONIC. Or if you want it replaced if it's broken, DON'T ORDER FROM GIGASONIC."
