This store is a SCAM!

"Watch out and check BBB. They changed from Giggles and are now Wiggles. I ordered a thermometer and it didn't show up for WEEKS (I also paid extra for 2-day shipping). After several emails they finally sent me one, but it was not sealed or wrapped.....DURING A PANDEMIC. Stay away, stay far away. "

"I ordered a digital baby thermometer. It took two months to arrive. I paid for two day shipping. It came from china with no batteries. Non existant customer service, they don't respond to calls or emails. This Place is beyond Horrible"

Never sent my order

"I ordered two light wands and on April 30, 2020 and received a notice that the items have been shipped on May 3, 2020. They sent a tracking number to track my package. They charged my credit card immediately and then never shipped my order. The tracking is telling me that since May 3, 2020 the USPS still has not received my package for shipment. They never return telephone calls or emails. Now my email have started being returned. I am contacting my bank this morning to refute the charge to my credit card. The customer service is so poor, well actually there is no customer service since you can never talk to anyone to get a simple status update on when they will actually have the post off pick up or take my package to the post office for shipment. Buyer beware! Stay away from this company."

Giggles/Wiggles baby store

"Horrible!. Quick to take your money. Slow to send the product.I purchased a. thermometer. It is broken!.!!! No customer service to speak to!. So.I deleted my banking information from their website. I also reviewed them on BBB. I also filed a complaint against them with BBB. I HIGHLY recommend everyone else who has also had a problem with this place, to do the same. We can not let scammers do this to hard working people. No shame."

"They confirmed and charged me for three covid masks and sent me one. I wound up paying 52 for one mask instead of three. My order was 2579. I cannot get them on the phone and they have changed their name from Giggles to wiggles. What do you think?

Hyper-Pricing

"Bought 2 regular oral thermometers online. Glad they had them, since no one seemed to have them during this pandemic. However, they price gouged by charging at least 5 times what they would have cost pre-pandemic. Shipping was also more expensive, even though it was sent first class mail, and took almost 2 weeks to arrive. I guess they've got to make a living off the misery of others, but I wouldn't shop here unless it was the only alternative (which it was)."

Sleepless AFTER buying a new bunkbed from Giggle.

"Bought the Oeuf bunk bed from Giggle weeks ago. Was told at the time of purchase the bed would arrive in about two weeks and once at their warehouse I would be contacted to coordinate delivery.

I was also told at the point of purchase that the guard rail was included.

Seems everything I was told at the point of purchase was a misrepresentation. And the story only gets worse.

I paid for the bed on 4/16/16. By 5/6 no one had contacted me so I reached out to the store. Around 5/13 I was told to coordinate delivery which was scheduled for 5/23. I paid for the "white glove" service from Giggle to deliver and set up the bed. At this point I let it go as the kids still had their old beds in place.

On the morning of 5/23 in anticipation of the new "big boy and big girl" bunk bed, my kids sadly parted ways with their old toddler bed and crib (ages 6 and 3). We needed to get their beds out to make room for the bunk bed.

The delivery guys came as expected on 5/23. My wife indicated that they were very nice and professional. They were also very transparent when they realized that an important piece of the bed was missing from the boxes and they said they could not put the bed together without it. They said it's not the first time this has happened with an Oeuf bunk bed. My wife who rarely gets angry even when there is cause made it clear that this was putting us out and the guys she said were nice about it but indicated there was nothing they could do except put a rush on the missing part. They also said we could not reschedule them to come back until after it was confirmed the part was received.

They said we would get a confirmation by 5/25 of when to expect this missing part. On 5/25 no one called us so I called the Soho store and was passed off to the 800 number for the "white glove" delivery service. That person was nice and seemed concerned, but told me that I should call Oeuf or the "white glove" service as the store took no real responsibility. I immediately called Oeuf and left a mildly nasty message. That was on 5/25. As of today no one has returned my call. After calling Oeuf I was short on time and emailed giggle.

The next day on 5/26 my wife called the 800 number and got someone who said they would look into it and apologized and said they had located the missing part and it might arrive on 5/31. She also ordered the missing guard rail that I had been told was included. They took 10% off the price and waived shipping. What a farce.

The lady at Giggle told my wife she would "ask" to have the part expedited to us, but that there was no guarantee. I never had time to call back myself before the long holiday weekend.

As of today 5/31 my kids are still on the floor. Most nights getting them to stay on their mattresses has been a battle and each night they are awoken when they roll off in the middle of the night, terrified on some occasions and of course waking us frequently.

After having spent thousands of dollars at Giggle on two kids over six years, I'm appalled that they take ZERO responsibility for this issue. Today I sent a nasty message to the manager of the Soho store (this morning) letting them know that if the bed is not installed properly by this Friday I'm returning the whole thing for a refund for all of my expenses. I still have not gotten a reply. Nearly 12 hours later. They simply don't care about their customers or their customer experience.

This has been the worst retail purchase experience I've ever had and the disruption to our home is unforgivable along side the lack of care or concern.

I will NEVER shop at Giggle again.

Do not order from Giggle

"I ordered a Keekaroo Changing Pad in sable gray and received a confirmation that the order was placed and once it's shipped I'd receive a tracking number. 7 days passed with nothing. I called customer service and they stated it would get shipped that day and I would receive my tracking number that day or at the latest by the following day. Also, the customer representative told me the shipping department should have released the order 4 days ago. The following day, NO TRACKING NUMBER. I called again and I got the same response and they acknowledged it should have already been shipped. The next day, NO TRACKING NUMBER! The representative said I'd get a callback that same day with my tracking number and she would escalate my ticket to the manager. She said they'd ship it out that day or at the latest the next morning. Sound familiar? At this point, I was extremely upset. The reps acknowledged the fact that Giggle had the item in stock and all they had to do was "release" the order. Of course I never received a callback nor did I receive a tracking number. So I called and canceled the order and they didn't even care. They pulled up my ticket and the cancellation took 5 seconds. They didn't apologize but they did thank me for canceling the order?! Um, ok. I've experienced horrible customer service but this by far the worst. I mean they didn't even do anything to remedy the situation and didn't even care if they lost a customer. Word of mouth is one of the reasons why company's lose customers but Giggle does not care. I even emailed customer service to find out what happened and never received a response back. Hope people read this and never shop here. There are way better stores that will treat customers with respect and care for them. You can shop here online, if you want to experience horrible customer service and if you never want to received your order."

"Ordered a play kitchen for our daughter's birthday almost a couple months early so I left it in the box so she couldn't see what it was. The night before the big day my husband and I opened the box to put it together and to our surprise it was a Trash Can. Emailed the company and received a reply with in the 24 hours apologizing for the mistake and they could overnight us a kitchen but it would be a different one as they no longer carried the one I ordered. Oh and I can keep the trash can. Well the other kitchen was not anything like the one I ordered. The new one had no character. I'm getting my money back. Highly disappointed!"

"I've made a few purchases with giggle's online store of items only available online, and never will again. 2 out of my 3 orders had problems and their customer service department did a very poor job of remedying the situation. The first time, I was sent defective merchandise. I called about it, and somehow the rep I spoke with just failed to send new product. It took several more phone calls and several weeks to finally get what I ordered. The second unfortunate order was for a moses basket, sold exclusively by giggle. I received it and don't like it. The proportions are very awkward looking, not as pictured on their website. I learned when trying to return this item that giggle does not offer return shipping, or any sort of prepaid shipping where they discount a set amount from your return. The item cost $90, but it would cost $40 for the shipping to return it. This policy basically ensures that customers won't return anything large or heavy to giggle. I got the impression that this company is very disorganized, and really doesn't care at all if their customers are unhappy. Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere. "
