"I ordered for the first time at Gile Toys. I ordered several cool Page Up document holders (PageUp, Page-Up, Page'Up) but did not hear back for a week. I was also not able to find the store here at resellerratings.com. I got a bit nervous, although payment was through PayPal. Finally I sent an email. I immediately got a reply the next day that my order is still processing and that some items are on back order. I received part of my order shortly after and the items on back order came the next week. The delivery arrives in a nice package with a personal note included. I highly recommend Gile Toys, a family owned store in New York state and I simply must excuse them for not being as fast as other larger corporations but it's the small to middle sized businesses that I like to support.

The Merchant (Jim) is very communicative and polite. Gile Toys can also be found on Amazon. He seems to be specializing on Page-Up document holders because the one wanted was nowhere else to be found. I guess my order prompted him to get a new shipment from France because now that particular item is back on Amazon. Too bad the Gile Toys Facebook page and blog seem to have stood still a couple of years ago."
