"Decent controller for quality of paint and appearance. Good feel. I love the butterfly controls, allowing me to not only jump and crouch, but also reload and use exo without having to take thumbs off of controls. The butterfly pad works great! Problems I have had are buttons sticking, making it very difficult to run (L3 or left analog stick). This problem was made worse by using rubber cap on the stick, so I had to abandon this. Now my stick is worn and cover tearing, and a sore thumb. This has me looking for another controller, and not sure I want to go with Gimika again simply because of this issue."

"I purchased a controller after watching one of the videos on YouTube from gimika which got me very interested in purchasing a controller from them. The shipping time was great got the controller fast. But after receiving the soft touch controller I noticed the design looked faded and also the back DIDNT matched the front color wise. So I sent the controller back. It took some work but Alex the operations manager was able to complete my order. He did an excellent job and because of him I will be ordering my future controllers from them. If you're looking for a great product get a Gimika. "

You expect when you order a high dollar controller like Gimika offers you will get top notch quality and support, well look elsewhere for both. My order took much longer then stated and I had to keep asking and asking about what my order status was at. They say they respond to e-mails in 24hrs, that is a joke and not true. If you try to communicate with them through live chat you can expect them to at some point say "Please Wait" and then never say another thing like they either fell asleep or just left the computer.

The controller I purchased is laughable. They put PS3 buttons and God knows what Analogs from what device into a PS4 controller, which has resulted in poor button response time. If they can cheap out and cut corners they do so.

If you want quality and good service and reasonable prices I'd highly advise you look somewhere else."

"Bad experience with gimika
This thing is junk! I could have done so much better myself. The joysticks are garbage and they get stuck constantly. The controller itself was reassembled horribly and doesn't even fit together properly. The white LED light are almost impossible to see. Even the tiny hole for the mod button on the back looks like it was made by a two year old child with a butter knife. This controller is just horrible and I would be ashamed to sell it to anyone. These people either need some talent working for them or a general concern for the quality of the products they offer. I haven't even bothered contacting them about how upset I am with their work because if their customer service is anything like the craftsmanship of their products then I doubt anyone even will answer a email or phone call. I never hardly leave reviews on products but I thought people should really see what they are getting for their money.
