"I purchased a phone a little more than a year ago. 2 months after I activated the phone, it was reported lost/stolen. Verizon's system never flagged the device until I tried to change my mobile number at the end of May/2017. I now have a device that cannot be activated and GizmoTrader.com has stopped responding to my inquiries. I have an email from Verizon stating that the phone was reported lost/stolen, yet they do nothing to fix the situation."
