"Ordered a set of Boston Acoustics surround speakers 0n 6/14/13.
After getting no email confirmation as of 6/21/13 I called and was told by "Ben" that their file servers had been stolen (!) and they were having issues tracking orders. I don't really expect to see this order any time soon and will handle through American Express fraud people when I get the bill.
Not getting the feeling these guys are legit. "

JAN 29 2013 – Item purchased online, and I was charged
JAN 31 2013 – I was advised they were out of stock, and it’s on backorder for 1-2 weeks!!
FEB 07 2013 – I was advised the item was discontinued, and will not be in stock. My refund is in process, but they do not know how long it will take, because Accounting is backlogged. What?!
I now have to go shopping again for the item, and monitor my credit card to make sure the credit does get processed. Good luck, folks. Good luck! (Side note - I'm not the first person. Look below)."
