"Beware of this company. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and never received the goods. The order was made on 11 June 2011. The glasses were supposedly dispatched two weeks later on 23 June 2011. When I requested a tracking number I was ignored.



As the goods were coming from the US to Australia I waited over three weeks before contacting the company. When I emailed them they offered no explanation as to why I hadn't received the glasses but just promised to refund my money. I was provided with a supposed refund confirmation number from Fidelity Payments when I emailed again a day later. After eight days fruitlessly waiting for my refund I contacted my bank to dispute the transaction. My bank advised me that they had charged my credit card twice for the glasses which is fraud in my book.



This company is really dodgy. Their site is not verified by anyone. They do not have a bricks and mortar store. They do not provide a company street address on their website. When they reply to an email they do so with a one line answer and don't have the courtesy or integrity to sign off with a name.



I now have to wait up to 45 days to get my money via credit card chargeback (assuming I haven't just been scammed).

"This store has the WORST communication of any store I've ever ordered from! I ordered a pair of sunglasses (which took two weeks to get to me, when their website has posted that it takes 3 to 5 business days to recieve your product) I never recieved any email saying when they'd be shipped or when to expect them, when I got the sunglasses they didn't fit like I'd hoped so I had to return them. It took an entire week just to get the return form that I needed to ship it back. After shipping it back I waited over a week, never saw the refunded amount in my bank account, and never recieved any confirmation that they'd recieved the glasses and would refund my money, so I had to email them once again to ask about my refund. They said it would be refunded that day. It took another three days before it showed up in my bank account. Literally took a month to order the glasses, return them, and get refunded! RIDICULOUS!
