"Experienced problems on line so called support and they were not at all helpful. Called back again because I could not check out and they told be the web sited was experiencing a glitch. Waited 30 minutes and then was able to place my order. I hope the rest of the process goes more smoothly. I did like the try on feature and ability to use my insurance information. With the insurance the cost was much cheaper than America's Best."

"It has taken 3 weeks for me to be able to order the correct contacts for myself. Your customer service was non existent. No one seemed to want to help me or was capable of helping me. There is no reason that a customer should not be able to access their own money to order a product immediately. Instead, your company help my money for over 2 weeks without allowing me access to it. I am very disappointed with the service that I received from this company and that I still have to wait 7-10 days to have my contacts shipped. You should have at least upgraded me for free to a quicker shipping method. "
