"This company is horrible with communication and the customer service team is discombobulated at best. I have a string of e-mails over the course of 3 months where they sporadically said they would send me the frames I ordered or refund my money, which in the end, they did neither. They also consistently "offer" frames that you order and pay for, only to find out they don't have them, hence the back and forth communication. See my BBB of Utah complaint! " placed an order for frames and reading lenses on 9/23. I repeatedly requested that the order be expedited. Customer service told me in writing that I would absolutely have the order by 10/4. On 10/7, after not receiving the order, customer service told me I would receive the order by 10/11. I immediately asked for a refund. The customer service representative refused to supply a refund and and though they never shipped me ANYTHING told me there was "no one in the company with the authority to provide refunds." I am out $ 240 + the money paid to a reputable company to order the glasses I need. Horrible, horrible people.

Months later no refund, after many calls they refund me for 2 but they had charged me for 3. I finally disputed charge with Visa who refunded me. I think they pay a company for good reviews because they are horrible."
"Ordered sunglasses (not prescription, plain non-custom ordinary sunglasses) on a Monday. Waited 3 days for them to ship. They did not. Asked for update. They said 2 more days. I waited 4 more days for a tracking number... no reply. I asked for update again. They said "oh, there was a discrepancy in our inventory and you won't be receiving this order".
Just the absolute worst. These guys are a joke."
