"Ordered my daughter's big Christmas present on November 27 of 2023. Received a confirmation email saying it was mailed December 5th, guaranteed delivery for Christmas. Kept emailing them asking for some type of tracking number and who was the carrier so that I could find out where the product was. They would never tell me anything. Now, two month's time later, still no jewelry and my credit card company is charging me interest on the "purchase." On January 22, 2024, I get an email saying it was never their intention to give me bad service and that the necklace was going into production!?! Pathetic, horrendous, deceitful, and awful do not even come close to describing this company. I will have the item appraised if I ever get it as I do not trust this company AT ALL. Run away as fast as you can. Funny anecdote, is that I apologized to my daughter on Christmas Day and showed her my order and confirmation. She laughed when she saw it because her mother had also ordered a present for our daughter from Glencara, and she, too, never received it. This company is so dreadful that I am putting my personal phone number of ***-***-**** so that if anyone wants to verify this review is real, go ahead and call! Zero stars if I could."
"I bought my wife a necklace with a pendant for Christmas. Now this was not just suppose to be just any piece of jewelry so I ordered it way in advance for Christmas. The jewelry made it right at Christmas. My wife opened the box and smiled, but I could tell something was not right and she was playing it off with the look of why would he buy me that. By the way she opened the gift in front of everyone at family Christmas. I was enraged when I looked at the jewelry and seen 2 broken chains in the box, a pendant that looked like custom jewelry, and the necklace that I did order was not even the correct order. I then had to e-mail them because you can not call like it states you can. I fought with GlenCara for weeks and they made me pay for shipping to send it all back to them by certified mail and then track the package myself. After the package arrives you then have to contact them again and let the company know that the package has been delivered and give them the tracking number. This is where I still am. I sent the jewelry back, emailed them that the jewelry was delivered 01/10/2024 and the tracking number. I have yet to from anyone from this company after three e-mails now. "I’ve had a nightmare experience with this company. You name it. It’s gone wrong. The ring changed colour while in the original packing. When I took it out for my wedding it was a terrible orange instead of rose gold. I’ve exchanged it three times now. They sent the wrong size and then they sent a misshapen ring that wouldn’t fit anyone’s finger. They don’t respond to emails and their phone line doesn’t work. They have all these reviews on their website with no way to leave a review, leading me to believe they’re all made up. I emailed over a month ago and still haven’t received a response. Still don’t have a wedding band I can wear three months after my wedding. You also have to pay all your own postage for exchanges and they don’t send you any tracking so it just shows up or not whenever. They also say they will send a confirmation email when the order ships but I’ve never received one. I could go on. Don’t waste your time here. "

"I ordered a bracelet for Christmas, and it arrived very different from the image advertised in very poor packaging - tried to contact customer service for a refund or returns, but it took me more than a week - replies sent to my request were copied and pasted off a canned reply on shipment delivery delays during the Holiday season - which was not relevant to my query.
Customer Support in chat is shockingly bad and they don't have a minimum of empathy or human touch.
The bracelet was broken and the clasp was not working making it impossible to wear. The Item wasn't fit for purpose. I'm a big fan of buying local products from local companies but buying the same item on Amazon would have been less hassle and a better outcome, considering that this was a Christmas present for my partner.

"I ordered a chain which glencara promised would be delivered before Christmas. It wasn't delivered before Christmas with excuses used 'postal delays' & ' batch delayed in transit' an post delivered to me and my neighbours on the days the order should have arrived and when I informed Glencara of this they then said it was 'maybe a batch delayed in transit' whatever that means... I received the order after Christmas but the chain was too short. I ordered 18 inch length and received 15.6 many emails later to customer support and no reply. I tried the online support and it cut me off 3 times. Their strategy is to ignore me but I will not give up. "

I think isn't true as usps stop delivery at 5pm and I was in house at 8.22pm. Not happy.
