"Order parts on line, picked them up at the counter. Was informed when parts were ready, came and took them. Did that twice, both time the same. Should be kind of expected, but kind of unexpected these days. Maybe it is just me. Still remember how I had quite different impression with their with car sales team. Hope they changed that too. Overall great experience with parts department. "
