"Think twice before ordering from these people. I ordered products on 4/28/2018. My credit card was charged but my product has not been shipped (9 days and waiting). When I inquire about what is going on I never receive an answer despite their message which states they will get back to me within 24 hours. I have written 10 inquiry letters already, none which have been answered. I am about to contact my bank and request a chargeback. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Again think twice before ordering or you might be in the same position I find myself in."

Did not know what to expect, though their website looked fine and everything seemed pretty informative. Well, to my surprise the fetal doppler arrived after about two weeks and was everything I hoped for. That was my experience with them."
"I ordered the Magic Illuminated Tray - LED Night Light and Tray and am so far let down. It took about a month to arrive, which I wasn't surprised with - it was estimated to take about 15-20 days. It was a Christmas gift to my mom, but when she opened it, it didn't work. We tried to get the power cord to connect, but the hole in the product was too large to fit the power cord in. I emailed customer support and received an email that just told me to keep trying to plug it in. I really hope I don't have to fight to get my money back, but I have a feeling I'm facing an uphill battle right now. "
"I purchased one of their stop snoring mouthpieces last month and so far I am very happy with the results. More comfortable to wear than I imagined, and only took me a few days to totally get used to having it in while I sleep.
Shipping took about two week, but it was free, so I guess I cannot complain about that. The case it came with was one like you might use to put your retainer in (if you ever had one of those in junior high you will know what I mean!). Wish that was a more adult looking, but since I only use it at home I suppose it does not matter too much. So overall, a good product for a good price, I am happy with them."
