"Don't be sucked in by their low prices!
- "Ships same day" never ships that day like ULine or Amazon...means maybe that week
-if you order anything metal, industrial or heavy there is a 98% chance it will arrive damaged, scratched, dented and like it went through an industrial rubleer before the carrier delivered it
-there's a 50% chance your stuff will be delivered to another company in another state and their signature at delivery is used to prove delivery on bill you'll getforever
-calling customer service is a joke with people who will promise you everything and then do absolutely nothing ...email everything to customer service or you'll get the classic "I see nothing in the notes on this order or your account about that conversation.
--Thor sales line is open late but their customer service is just 9-5
Three orders over two months took weeks to ship when all the items said same Day ship. One of the orders arrived at accompany in FL (2,000 miles away)...the warehouse guy from that company called me. I called customer service and they told me no the items were delivered to me. They said they'd re ship another order to me on an "urgent" notice in the warehouse with express ship..10 days later was still "in process". They didn't pick up their product in FL for 10 weeks and only after the guy threatened to sell it on Craigslist if it wasn't picked up by Friday.
Ended up ordering the items from Uline at 20% more cost but thru arrived next day in pristine condition
IM STILL GETTONG BILLED FOR FL ORDER AND 2 ND ORDER THAT NEVER SHOPPED

"I ordered 3 cases of storage boxes (20 boxes per case). I received 3 individual boxes in a large flat package which was labeled as weighing 80 pounds. After many frustrating phone calls, we received labels to return the package--but I still couldn't get an answer about whether the 3 cases would be coming. Eventually, I did get 3 cases--but two of the cases did not contain 20 boxes. Then, I received an invoice for 1 case and another case arrived. I didn't even bother to call about the situation."
