"Product was ordered and paid for via AMEX after many weeks of product not showing up contacted Global Test Supply a Jess Battle to hear they sent it but have no confirmation as to it arriving and no signature to verify. After numerous discussions that I bought that was not received they took the position it was my fault and I needed to contact USPS (their carrier of choice) and file claims to which my response it was theirs to do and resolve. They refused so I filed fraud complaint with AMEX and do plan to file fraud charges with local authorities as well as local BBB office in the area they do business. I bought one Extech camera with the intent of buying numerous after seeing if this was the right equipment. After the way extreme lack of professionalism and rude treatment from Global Test Supply, I will buy the various equipment I need, just not form Global Test Supply, they will never get future business from. AMEX credited my account, not sure if they ever got anything out of this unprofessional company or not. The individual I dealt with Jess Battle should be fired as they poorly represented the business and treated the customer with zero respect."
