They do not actually ship products. They charge your card, but the "tracking number" is invalid and they do not ship.

"Ordered a SSD ($$$) from them and they never shipped, provided a bogus tracking number."

"Wish I'd read the reviews before buying from Rakuten. They were happy to put my cc charge through and not ship the professional books ordered. No amount of emailing through their "contact us" link has produced a response. Will never order again and will be happy to tell everyone I know of my experience with this company."
