"I purchased a motherboard online at this company, after I emailed them for 2 weeks I finally got a confirmation of my receipt of my paypal money, and they said the motherboard was on back order and would be shipped soon. 2 months later I still have no motherboard, I have sent emails asking for my money back and have recieved no return emails,I have tried to fax them,fax won't go thru, I tried to call them, all I get is a computer. I contacted paypal and they said after 45 days there is not much they can do and did't sound like they were to concerned, this place is a rip off web site don't be a victim."

"I would not recommend doing business with this company whatsoever. Their poor customer service consists of telephone messaging and infrequent email updates. They have a habit of substituting one product for another in their orders and are consistent in their poor communication and delaying tactics. In my situation, I ordered an Asus TUSL2-C motherboard but received an Asus A7V133 instead on April 1. After numerous emails, I finally returned the package to them on April 2 and requested a refund. I received only two telephone calls regarding my order and though they attempted to placate my by telling me that I would receive a refund, I have yet to see any of my money. Complaints have been filed with Pricegrabber, Paypal, and the Better Business Bureau. It is now April 9 and I have received no contact."
