"DO NOT BUY FROM GLOCKPARTS.COM, this company is very disorganized and has rude customer service plus long wait times and false advertising. I placed an order for a couple barrels online and they showed as being "in stock", but apparently they have no way of seeing if they actually in stock until after you order. They will show shipping charges as orders coupled together, but then charge a separate shipping cost per item when they decide to send it. They also hide charges within the item and will charge your credit card WITHOUT your permission. The customer service woman, UNNAMED, refused to give me her name and was very rude over the phone and even yelled at me that she has important thing to do. So, in conclusion, DO NOT order from these people...you will be scammed and unhappy in the end like me."

On 9/29/11 I placed an order for 2 hi cap mags for the glock 10mm.
These items were on backorder so I knew they could take some time.
Other websites listed an estimate on when the backordered items would be available.
As of 12/6/11 the order status is still backorder. Other websites of same item stated availability 11/15/11.
On 11/21/11 I emailed a request to cancel my order if items not available 12/1/11.
No response was received.
On 12/2/11 I emailed customerservice(glockparts.com website) as to when order expected in.
The response I received was: "

I now wonder why I provided my credit card number to such a poorly run internet business, as I am unable to even
cancel my order through their website. I believe the Better Business Bureau needs to have a complaint lodged about this website especially if others obtain similar results."
"I'm very happy with my experience with Glockparts. I ordered Marine Spring Cups, a OEM 3.5lb connector and an OEM extended mag catch. Everything arrived as listed. Shipped USPS, ordered late evening of 07SEP, arrived on 10SEP. Very impressive, extra points for the speedy shipping. Shipping cost was standard USPS fees.
