"I wish I read these reviews first. It's been 3 weeks since I placed my order and all I get are e-mails saying it's being preocessed.
:("
"I was impressed by their selection and prices and placed a fairly large order (no guns). Only later did I research them and got nervous after reading all of the negative comments.
As it turns out, they shipped in less than 48 hours and that order was here in less than 4 day for $5.99 S&H - Seriously - that is incredible. I couldn't be happier. I feel badly for buyers with poor experiences, but I keep seeing the same people leaving bad comments all around at different sites. For sure, no business is perfect, but I called GlockWorld 2 times with questions and both times they answered quickly and spoke English - LOL no outsourcing. Hope this helps some of you on the fence. As for guns - IMHO I can't see why folks don't buy locally in that regard."
"I searched all over the internet for 33 round glock magazines, glockworld had them at the best price and said they were in stock, I decided to order 2 and a glock knife. After placing the order I read a couple reviews saying that glockworld takes for ever because they list items that are not in stock. This is true, but the items are not in stock anywhere. Would I have liked to been told that up front rather than waiting a month to find out? Yes That being said their customer service was helpful when I contacted them on several occasions. Their shipping rates are extremely low. They also split my order without charging me for shipping twice so I could receive the glock knife before the magazines, which ended up shipping two days later. They also said I could change my order to an alternative. I was kind of disappointed that both items were just shipped in plastic bubble envelopes, but I guess glock products can take what the USPS can do to them. I would order from them again provided I don't need the item in a pinch. Mine took a little over a month to get. Their prices are great, their service could be better, but most importantly they shouldn't mislead customers about their stock. They are a decent seller, no more no less."
"Terrible experience. Placed online order in early Jan 2011. On website, all purchased items were indicated as being "in stock". Before placing order, also called customer support to double check all items were really in stock and was assured they were. Credit card immediately charged upon placing order. After 5 days of pending credit card charge and no order finalization, called customer support to see if there was a problem. Told that 2 items were still awaiting receipt from source. Asked about receipt times. Told it could take several weeks for items to arrive at Glock World. Customer rep could not give specific or even ballpark dates of arrival. Told her I wanted to cancel order. Rep said there would be a 15% restocking fee despite me never having received items. I said I would let it go, but this would be my first and last time ordering from Glock World. This company apparently acts as a middle man between customer and actual distributors. Their "In Stock" status does not indicate an item is in stock somewhere other than at Glock World. Extremely misleading. I would not have placed order had I been clear on this and known it could take several weeks to receive order. Also, no courtesy follow-up emails from Glock World saying some items were not immediately available and on back order. What a crock!! Never again with this company!!!"
"DO NOT BUY/ORDER FROM GLOCKWORLD.COM! I ordered a range bag from them. The picture of the product and the Mfg Item Number matched the bag I wanted and ordered. The bag I received didn't match either. I called customer service and was and my attention was brought to a disclaimer on the site. This disclaimer was more wordy then the item description. Was I was told basically, is it doesn't matter what the picture reflects even if the picture matched the Mfg Item number. If there was a question related to your order, you should have called to verify your order before you placed it. Customer service would not issue a return authorization or an RMA number. I feel cheated and dupped. This company misleading and dishonest. Even a google search of the Mfg ID No. dropped me right on their web page. It was the best price, but too high a price for the bag the shipped! DO NO DEAL WITH GLOCKWORLD.COM "
"I ordered a A&G grip extender for a Glock 19 Magazine. It came with no instructions but looked straight forward. As I was tightening the set screw I noticed it wold not stop turning. I would expect something like this to have a stop point.
I then removed it and realized it had bored a hole into the magazine.
I thought OK I will try it on another mag and not tighten it so far but just enough to hold the extender in place. Again in drilled into the mag before it was tight enough to hold the extender in place.
I contacted glockworld.com customer service and the lady was very helpful trying to contact A&G who only have a PO box address on the package.
They have no web site either.
The lady called me back and told me that they were not returning her calls.
I told her that I would like a refund and the damaged magazines replaced.
All of the sudden the calls stopped.
After 3 messages I finally got hold of a different CS person who informed me that it was my responsibility to get hold of the company.
I asked her how am I supposed to do that if they as a vendor can not even get calls returned.
She again stated it was my responsibility.
Stay clear of this company. There are many excellent companies out there that sell Glock parts and accessories.
Glocktalk.com the top Glock pistol forum on the web has a list of vendors to avoid and they are one of them.

As soon as they realized they were not going to get any response from A&G Supply Co. inc. Their customer service stopped.
I will be posting this experience on all of the firearms boards that I belong to and that is quite a few. These companies need to realize word travels fast on the internet."
