"Worst cycling store I've ever dealt with - avoid at all cost! Placed order for some clipless pedal body replacement (mine got scratched up from an accident) on Aug 20th. Website said it'll take 4-6 weeks for special orders which I'm fine with. Emailed after 2 months of waiting to get status of my order and was told it should arrive the following week. Fast forward another two weeks and I got an email from Glory Cycles customer service stating "No update at this time, we are suggesting we cancel the order." No apologies or anything. What a pathetic store. Searched them on Yelp after and see that they've got nothing but 1-star reviews for the past year."

"I bought a brand new Ultegra R8000 group set, handlebar, stem and some other accessories all I have to say is Clive (the owner) was incredible. He helped me pick the stuff I couldn’t decide on. Also, I was very happy with the price I paid. Now, Glory Cycles is not the cheapest the way I stumble on his website was a search on the group set I bought, he had the best price period.
I noticed some people complaining on back orders and that they never got notified, come on …. As a matter of fact I order a pair of Mavic wheels that I waited almost 2 months, in the end I got tired of waiting and canceled and got them someplace else (and a bit cheaper too. I am mentioning this so you know I’m not drinking the Kool Aid) called a couple of times for my refund and on the second time Clive answered the phone and he took care of me immediately.
In the end, very satisfied and will do business with them again. Also if you find something you looking for someplace else cheaper call Clive and he might be able to work with you. Oh!! No tax, no shipping.
