" It's been a year I waited for my order and they disappear in thin air with my money.. "
"Took my money before the order was even filled. Subsequently requested a full refund and a confirmation of receiving said request...Silence, no response from "Clive" or anyone else at "Glory Cycles". Not sure I will ever see my $650 back. Don't be like me and fall for this place...Stay Away!"
"I placed an order and I found it’s out of stock. It's been more than a month now and I still haven't got my refund. Their phone is always busy, and they never reply to my emails. Bad business, and take your business somewhere else."
"I ordered a part and paid Glory Cycles. They gave no indication that they didn't actually have the part they sold me, but 5 days after taking my money they informed me that they were happy to help me "source the item" and that they had put in a "purchase order" for me with their vendor. They informed me that it would be late February at the soonest. This should, of course, been disclosed at the point of sale. After looking at other yelp reviews and reviews on their own Facebook page it is easy to conclude that this is their normal business model. In spite of all the bad reviews and complaints for this very despicable practice they have clearly not changed the way they conduct business. Only a scum bag(s) would do business this way. Shame on them. No one should do business with them."
"I ordered a wheelset from Glory Cycles that was displayed on their web site. They charged my credit card immediately at the time of the order.
When following up on the status of my order, my email inquiries were mostly ignored. Phone inquiries were answered, but the information given was erroneous. (example- "we should receive the wheels from DT Swiss at the end of this week or early next week"). Three weeks from the original order date, I was informed in a phone call that my order could not be fulfilled. I placed the phone call because my follow up via email for an order status update went unanswered.
I was told a refund would be processed in 5-7 business days, which means they will have custody of my funds for one month or more without shipping any product.
A waste of time for me and the seller. I would not recommend doing business with Glory Cycles. "
"I order two pair glasses and it's so cute "
"so many gear for my bike and i love it "
"I ordered a Shimano group set from Glory Cycles and one of the items was not in stock. I contacted them after a noticed the order was on waiting status. Not cool at all. At least they could have notified me about the delay. I will NOT shop with them again."
"Ordered a bike this spring from Glory. In addition to taking an entire month to arrive, the bike that arrived was not the bike advertized, and it was not rideable. The bike was advertized to have an Ultegra crankset, but the one they built had a non-series crank. They eventually fixed this, but their website still claims the cassette and chain are Ultegra--the bike I got had a 105 cassette and chainring. Here's the product page on their site:
http://glorycycles.com/colnago-cx-zero-shimano-ultegra-mix-6800-bike-2015/
Worse, the crank was installed improperly so that the front derailleur would not shift into the big ring. There were also multiple scratches on the bike and the parts. I had to take the bike to the local shop just to get it to ride.
Glory eventually did swap out the crank and reimburse for the repairs and the parts mismatch with the cassette and chain. I probably should have asked for a full refund and shipped the bike back to them, but after this experience, I didn't trust them to handle it properly. I'm not sure Glory is trying to cheat people but they certainly seem to be incompetent in terms of product listings and assembly and offer extremely poor (and late) service."
"I bought my first road bike from Glory cycles in January 2015. The timing of the puchase was ideal and I got an incredible deal. GC was somewhat slow to get the item out the door. It took about a week to ship. That being said, there were issues with the shipping and they handled that perfectly. It seems someone, most likely a ups employee, had changed the delivery of the package within the first day of it being shipped and it was out for delivery somewhere in South Carolina. My address is in Salt Lake City, Utah! The guys at the shop did their diligence once I notified them something was up and the bike arrived on time at my doorstep, in good condition and as advertised. The shipping was insured so we were covered either way, but the they went out their way to make sure I was happy. There's a good chance I'll order my next bike from these guys. The price was right and they're on the level."
"I ordered a bike that is supposed to be in stock and they charged my credit card immediately. Almost 2 weeks later, still no product and no updates. I called and they said that they would call me back, but no return call received. Poor customer service!!! Never ordering again!!!"
"Ordered some parts, but changed my mind and they were willing to cancel my order three days later. It is fortunate that they were so slow in filling my order."
"Product info and website is very good. Payment could be easier, with less steps, but it was ok too. As I´m from Brazil, it will take some weeks to receive my product, but that´s not Glorycycles fault."
"Information about the new products is very good, and service is excellent"
