"The Customer Service of this seller is appalling. I placed an order on 22nd June (Friday) and they took the cash on 25th June (Monday). After a week without any delivery I sent an email asking for a delivery date. When this was not answered I phoned up to be told that they would need to check stock and would phone me back. They did not phone back. After another week I phoned again, got the same person who now said that he couldn't answer my question on delivery date since this was the sales desk not the delivery desk. I asked to be transfered to the delivery desk and got fobbed off in a way that made me think that he was not particularly interested in resolving the problem. When I suggested that maybe the best way forward was for me to cancel the order he agreed with me and told me to send him an email to this effect. I sent the email immediately and asked for confirmation that the order had been cancelled and the money refunded. Needless to say, I did not receive any reply and the order is still being shown as "being processed" 5 weeks after placing the order. I have now referred this to my Credit Card company who are going through the Chargeback process.
I order a lot of products online and this is the first dead-end I have come across in over 10 years. Really disappointing performance from an online re-seller. I cannot recommend them and will obviously never use them again - ever.
