"They claimed they had a product in stock, that as soon as I purchased it, they sent an email saying it wasn't in stock. When I asked for my $60 back, they refused to respond, and I had to ask the credit card company to fight with them to get my money back, it can take months to resolve this. Very unethical company. Don't ever buy anything from them."

"I received spoiled product which I unfortunately discovered at a later date than the company wants to take credit for even though I promptly put my products in a freezer as necessary upon receipt and continued to keep the product sealed and frozen until ready to consumed. Once discovered that my product was spoiled and covered in mold throughout the package I provided order confirmation number and picture proof of the tainted and contaminated product and was ignored for over a month. Always hoping to give a company benefit of the doubt I then contacted again more directly. Phone calls are never answered. Finally an email made it through to "customer service" but this person lacks the ability to do order number research on their own end or look at pictures of spoiled product without debating and challenging the order. This company is certainly not concerned with their customers or providing any standard level of customer CARE."
"I love the Baker's Bread, I just can't find it in stores near me. So I was excited to find it online at Gluten Free Palace at an affordable price. I was excited until my order arrived. When I opened the box, all my items (bread, bagels, hoagies) had been crammed into the box. The bread comes frozen in the store. There was no attempt made to keep items cold. Everything was just in a regular cardboard box. Also, one loaf was missing and I am guessing because there was no more room to cram it into the box. I emailed customer service and got an email back from Emily wanting pictures of the items. So I unloaded the items from the freezer and took a picture and sent it in. I never heard back. A month later, I opened up one of the loaves of bread and realized it had been crushed beyond use other than croutons or duck food. I recalled that I had never heard back from Gluten Free Palace. So called up customer service and was told I would get a call back from Emily. A week later and no call. I will be shopping elsewhere for my gluten free bread."
"Placed an order a week ago, which still hasn't shipped. Product wouldn't arrive in time for when it's needed at this point. Requested to cancel. Was informed that I would be charged a $15+ restocking fee to cancel, not to return an order, just to cancel an order not yet shipped. After reading the other reviews I decided I'd cancel in spite of the fee to avoid receiving a damaged or spoiled product. Lousy customer service. Won't be getting my business EVER. I guess what they lose in sales due to poor service, they try to make up for in bogus fees? Who knows. Really dumb way to treat people if they hope to have a successful business. Good riddance Gluten Free Palace. Soon you'll be customer-free as well."
"I recently ordered from them and they sent my food in a crushed box that had been taped up with packing tape. Really? You wouldn't buy food that had been sold this way in a store and this is how they shipped it to me. I called the customer service and the girl was so unprofessional. She answered, "Hello?" I had to even ask if it was Gluten fee palace on the line. I think it is just her cell phone that she uses. Buyers Beware!!!!"
"September 8, 2015 I ordered and paid for a case of gluten free bagels. As of September 24, 2015 I have received nothing ,but lip servive. No bagels!!! and though promised a few times no tracking number. Obviously never shipped. SAVE your TIME and Frustration and avoid them."

"Regarding Gluten Free Palace: STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!! I ordered five items. It took them a full week to ship them. Then, when they finally arrived six days after shipping, three of them were MOLDY. I emailed them immediately and the reply did not come for two days... and all it did was ask me to "be patient with us while we look into this problem". Five days later, and still no further response. I cannot say it enough, STAY AWAY from Gluten Free Palace."
