"It's a good service in that you find good deals and have glyde help with the whole process. It's easy to use and the website is nice. The risk is minimized for the buyer allowing them to send it back if the seller doesn't live up to expectations.
The main thing I think is hard to deal with is the shipping speed. It's very slow. Seems like it took forever for the shipping kit to get to the seller then turn around and ship to me as the buyer. USPS may be cheaper but their tracking and systems are not as nice alas Fed Ex and Ups. There's also no ability to communicate between the seller and the buyer. If this could be done it would improve the process greatly. If buyer/seller could add comments to the sale it would help a lot. Maybe glyde could add shipping speed options too - pay a little more to get the item sooner? Just an idea. That aside the service is nice and it makes it super easy. "
