Received the box, sent it out the next day, took about a week or so for delivery to the other person, then they had a few days to decide if they wanted to keep the item (if it was sent as described), then another few days after that to disperse the funds from the transaction. Took about 2 full weeks for everything to get sorted out. If you're not in a hurry to get your money right away, glyde is the easiest way to get the most money from your stuff without selling it on your own. "

"I have now bought 4 things off of Glyde. Here is how it works and the pros and cons.
The possibility of you receiving an item that is not as described is great. I ordered two Iphone 5's and they both came with bent housing. I sent both of them back. They cover the return costs on your first return. After that, you have to split the costs with the seller. It cost me almost 10 dollars in fees for a phone that was sent to me NOT AS DESCRIBED!! I sent them an email about it and they never responded. They offer no protection against someone listing something that is not what they say it is and then sending it to you. Since it will cost you almost 10 dollars (much more for a tablet), then you almost feel compelled to keep it. That's where they get you. I asked them why don't they allow you do prove that it was not as listed and if so, then the buyer should have to pay the return fees. Of course not answer as I said. So as long as you have your one free return, then it's ok to try. But once you use that up, be aware you will spend some money on returns. Out of the 4 items that I have bought, 3 were not as described. I also bought a 5c, but as I mentioned, since it was going to be 10 dollars to return it, then I just keep it for myself. The price I got it for made it somewhat worth it even though the bottom corners of the phone look like it was attacked by a beaver!!!!!!

Bottom line: you have no protection from getting items that are not as described then they expect you to pay half of the shipping costs. Since I have used up my one free pass, I will not be using this site anymore until they offer some sort of protection for the buyer. Better to use Swappa or even Ebay. At least they are concerned about the buyer to some extent. Be warned. I learned from experience!!!!!"

I ordered a I Phone 4S they took my payment and then a few hours later emailed saying they needed to verify my card information I called my bank to inquire and was told by my bank that they don't understand why they are asking that because everything is fine they already have the money well needless to say 4 days later I received a email saying they could not verify my information and they put my account on hold and cancelled the order but still have the funds now I have to wait another 5 days before I can go somewhere else and order a phone. I have never received this poor of service and would never recommend or use this company again! "

"Glyde was unable to authenticate my order, for some reason PO BOX authentication is not something they are good at. My account was put on hold and even though it stated it was a temporary hold, its apparently a permanent hold. Not Impressed
