"Zero protection for a seller!!

I tried to sell a phone in excellent condition using Glyde as a platform. I received an email in a couple of days that my phone has been sold. Glyde's pricing system is notorious in the way they sell phones at a much higher price than what they will tell you they sold the phone for. E.g. Glyde informed me that my phone was sold for $157, when actually at the time at which the sale occurred, the price listed for the phone was $190. Out of $157, $130 was my share.

Hardest part was trying to get Glyde to pay my share. Glyde did not pay me within the 72 hour time-frame they state for the proceeds to be deposited into my account. They portrayed to me that the buyer is returning the device, but the device never made it back. After countless number of emails to their customer support and a month after the sale went through, I finally received my proceeds for the sale. Their customer support is a joke. No phone number provided, just an email address. Send an email and wait forever for a response.

I WILL NEVER SELL ANOTHER DEVICE ON GLYDE! NEVER! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! You would be better off tossing your phone into a trash can and avoid the headache.

"This re-seller, Glyde, utilizes a faulty third party software to detect for suspect accounts. I placed my order on Sunday August 16, 2015. Received email thanking me for my order and that the shipping box would be sent out to the seller. on Monday August 17th, I get an email saying my order was placed on hold and to contact them. I contacted them, and received another email stating that their third party software flagged my account as suspect, they placed my order and account on hold, and that I would never be able to order thru them.

I then asked for more details, and they choose to respond no further. This order was placed with billing I use for all my online ordering, and have never had an issue before. I then asked them to make sure my billing information was removed from their system, and to verify it for me. They have failed to respond in any way.

Just be careful of them, they have a bad third party software they rely on, they have no customer service to contact, and you cannot in any way work to clarify the issue with them.
