My only complaint would be that when you initially receive your estimate of how much your device is worth, this is not the "in pocket" amount you receive at the end of the transaction (assuming all goes well and buyer is happy with quality of device, etc.). That initial estimate does not factor in the fees that are taken out to use Glyde. The actual "in pocket" amount I received was around $15 less than the initial estimate."
