"I sold a phone on 4/29, shipped it out on 5/5, & it was delivered on 5/7. On 5/9, I received an email for Janel saying that the buyer said the phone was still connected to my iCloud, I went through the steps to disconnect it, to find out it wasn't still linked to my account anyway. I immediately emailed Janel back letting her know. I didn't receieve any email back until I contacted them again on 5/13 telling them my situation. Janel replied the next day, but just replying to my email about the problem with the phone. I emailed them again on 5/18 because they have a policy of 72 hours for the buyer to respond so I can get paid, & it's been 13 days since the buyer has received the phone & I have not heard anything at all from Glyde about this matter."

"Everything went well. The packing instructions say that you don't need to include the original box that the phone came in. What it doesn't say is that if you do include it, the package will weigh more than the pre-printed label allows. You also can't just pay the extra postage at that point or the tracking numbers will be all wrong. So greater clarity there would be helpful."
