After 2 trips to AT&T and Apple they told me phone was lost or stolen.
They got me out of return policy after 16 e mails 6 voice mails and 10 posts to there Facebook page they are finally taking phone back . Ask for comparable phone not locked and get this I get to pay the shipping cause somebody tried to sell a stolen phone. No Customer Service what so ever haven't hnad the decency to contact me at al .
