"I was pretty excited trying Glyde out for the first time, I found a PS3 Game I wanted at a semi-reasonable price, and according to the FAQ it stated you normally would receive the product within 5-10 Days so I figured ok that's not that bad, I soon found this would quickly become a horrible experience.
After I place the order, I waited for Glyde to send the seller a "shipping Kit" (I guess it's Glyde branded - I think this is an unnecessary for some items- this alone took 1 week), -
So after waiting a week Monday comes again, order just says "Purchased. Seller received shipping kit. " , - I Waited until Thursday same message - so I contact customer support, they said I should of received the product by now and that they would contact the seller, and if no information by Saturday it would have to be canceled.
-Well today is Saturday no word no shipment, I will contact support again to make sure I am not charged - In my opinion this is unacceptable, I have passed up multiple opportunity's to purchase this elsewhere like eBay.
I don't think I will ever use Glyde again just way too many processes and people involved, no pictures of items so you are basically taking peoples word and consequently that doesn't mean much anymore.
Glyde does have quick support hopefully they can improve some of the other areas and hold sellers accountable.

They sent me an empty, foam lined box with prepaid postage (it took about 1 week to reach me), and I simply placed my sold item into the box, stuck the label on, and dropped it off at my local post office. It took about 5 days to reach the buyer and then 3 days for the money to be deposited into my Glyde account. In the meantime, I received an email at every step of the process (when it sold, when the box was shipped, when my payment was deposited, etc). After that, it was really easy to directly deposit my payment into my personal checking account. So, overall my experience with Glyde took 2 weeks and I made more than I would have on any of the other resell sites so I'm happy! I would highly recommend Glyde to anyone! "
"easy service, decent prices, but good lord the shipping is slow. It's the only reason I'm considering sticking to amazon as my main place of shopping. Even at amazon's slowest shipping time it's faster than Glyde. I understand they have to ship something to the seller, but there has to be a way to speed things up. At the date of writing this review i'm still waiting for the shipper to send the item. Just don't know if the cheaper prices is worth the long wait."
