You might want to consider rewording your form email. The sale concerning the invoice referenced here ended when the buyer decided to cancel at the last minute, so I can't say whether I was satisfied with the sale (not purchase) since it has now sold again and I am waiting for the shipping kit. I would like it if the shipping kit arrived more quickly, since that would give the buyer less time to back out of the deal. I suspect the delay may have had something to do with it."
