"I placed an order from this website more than one month ago. I understand that they take time with personalized items but it does not take this long to make it. I keep checking my order status and it still say that it is still processing. Mind you i pad expedited shipping. I contacted them more than ten times and they keep telling me that the order is processing. I ask multiple time to just refund me my money but they keep making stupid excuses and keep telling me to be patient and just wait for the product. When it has been over a month since i ordered the product with expedited shipping. What kind of company is this? With horrible customer service. Do not trust this website they just take your money and would not ship your order. "
