"This place is questionable to me! I received my product in mail but it is not what I expected in terms of quality. So right away I email and send photos to contact for return and ask for refund as you can see their website stating that there is a 60-day return policy therfore if I'm not satisfied about this product, I can return it to the company and ask for a refund within 60 days of delivery date.
This company tries to go around and around when I contacted them for refund...1st day reply: Ask me to exchange something else...then 2nd day reply: offer me discount to keep the product saying it is not worthy to return because of shipping cost that I have to paid...3rd day reply: finally an email raises my attention...they give me a return address which I researched online...THIS MAY BE A SCAM!!! An address which link to this return address is not even under GNOCE- the company's name...I saw a lots of bad reviews talking about this address/company. The contact name that I supposed to return the package on the email they gave me is a strange spelling/ person name??? They ask me to return to this address and provide them the shipping company name and tracking number. Telling me upon receipt of product. They will inspect and check if this product is worn and damaged or not...then they may refund me. OK this is fair as a seller and I understand.
But I'm not sure if I want to trust them now after few days of back and forth trying to resolve this return and all these the replies is only favorable to GNOCE. Also, the last email I received is not even written in a professional way. The sentence is not even finished at the end of email. No person's signature at the end...I'm wondering who am I talking to exactly??? I have a very very bad feeling on this whole thing....I think I'm going to share here so that future buyers will make theirr own wise judgement on whether or not to buy from this place.
I'm still thinking...more deeply now which I should have done so beforeI buy... On their website there is no address on where this company is actually located. New York???? Not too sure! But the product was originally sent to me from Guangzhou, China. And now the return address is in Portland, Oregon. Anyway, I just share my experience. I think maybe I should contact the Consumer Trade Commission and ask for better advice just to have a record whether I should send back this item or not. And maybe better to contact my credit card now to report this transaction in case there is further problem. Better to get advices instead of being sorry at the end."
