"I ordered 6 charms from this company on 2/2/2019- my credit card was charged immediately (most online orders will show a pending charge until the sellers actually ship the items.) It is now 2/18/2018 and my order 300328581 is still showing as "Processing" and "There is no tracking available for this shipment". My order qualified for free Express shipping via UPS so I thought I would have received my order in no time. Admitted it was purchased via a sale (no personalized items) so I understand there would be a slight delay in processing (the web site states most orders are shipped by next day if it is not a personalized order or holiday/sale). I have sent many messages via facebook and did receive a reply that they were closed from 2/1/2019 to 2/11/2019 for the Chinese New Year. No where on Facebook or their website did it mention they would be closed for an extended period of time to give customers a heads up. I had also sent a message via their website through their "live chat" which isn't live at all. I also tried calling their 800 number which is a joke as well. I would have thought by now though my order would have been in one of the first batches to be processed once they returned (if the shipments are being processed in the order which received) but here I am a week later after their reopening from the holiday and still no order processed or shipped. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company stating that I have not received goods purchased and paid for.
UPDATE 2/23/2019- I was messaged a couple days ago and told one of the charms in my order was still in production and I could wait or get a refund for that charm. Since I ordered on 2/2/2019 I requested a refund for the charm that was not available.(tired of this whole ordeal) I was messaged back and told a refund would take too long (?) and was given 2 charms to pick from to substitute. So to be done with this I chose one. My order was shipped UPS express and arrived in one day from China to the US. Everything was received EXCEPT the substitute charm I chose to replace the one that was not available. I have messaged them again and requested a refund for the charm that was not included in my order. I have already filed a claim earlier this week with my credit card for the entire amount of my sale. I will call my credit card company today to see if I can lower the amount of the dispute since the claim is now for $27.95 and not the entire order amount as before. The charms received were very nice but this is not worth the hassle. Of note- you can purchase a select few of their charms on Amazon which is supplied by Gnoce but your order is fulfilled by Amazon. This would be a better alternative if the charms you want are on Amazon.
UPDATE UPDATE 3/2/2019- I received my chosen replacement charm today. I have now cancelled the dispute with my credit card company. At the end of the day- the charms are very nice and appear to be well made- Although everything has finally been received from my order it has taken an entire month to complete. Although I now know not to purchase anything from this company during the Chinese New Year closure I still would be hesitant. Gnoce should have been forthcoming in where items are shipped from and alerted customers about the extended closure for their holiday. This would have saved them and a lot of customers headaches and panic about the company being genuine. "
