Request for a warranty replacement was met by numerous replies. 1st I was offered a replacement but had to pay delivery, then it was free delivery but the cost of a replacement bracelet was capped at £30. This was £16 under to costing of the same or similar bracelet. If this Continues then the bank will be instructed to recall my payment due failing to uphold the warranty to the original terms."
