"While I love their charms - I am new to them. Making my first purchase in July 2017. Well now one of my dangling charms has broken off my bracelet. I see they have a 1 yr warranty - so I contacted them via email. Explained what happened - they wrote back that they needed a picture - so I sent them a picture - then they write back saying they need pictures from different angles - so I sent them. Then they offer to give me $5 to have it repaired by a local jeweler!! Really - that is your idea of a warranty - no jeweler will fix it for $5!! Extremely disappointed!!"
