Tried the 800 number and surprise surprise- it always goes to voicemail which is always full!! Live chat is a joke, you have to leave an email address and a message that they don't respond to. After reading other reviews I see that this is a recurring problem. Items are actually made in China not USA. Not that it would have mattered but it's not on the site anywhere. False advertising about the time frame for sure.
