"i ordered a product that said it was in stock. A few days after I order I got an email that said it was on back order but I should get in a week or two. After 3 weeks I sent 2 emails a day apart, neither of which got a reply. The next day I called and spoke to someone who was friendly and said she would get back to me. She later sent an email that said they would have stock in less than a week. That was 10 days ago. Still waiting 5 weeks later for an item that still shows as in stock on their website.
***UPDATE*** they said they would give me a refund in 10-14 days. It has now been almost a month and no refund."
