"I found the part that I needed at Go2Marine in June 2012.
They sold me the part for $49, plus shipping & tax - which was a fair deal. I asked if they could ship it same day and they said that they should be able to - but by the next day I still had no shipment confirmation. I called back to find out and they did not know - but then Mary Morin called back and said that not only was it out of stock "at their warehouse" but the price had MORE THAN DOUBLED to $111.43 AND the lead time was now 2-3 weeks!
She told me that they had to charge me the difference!

Not to mention this is very poor customer service - (as a customer I'm really not interested that they cannot keep THEIR OWN SYSTEMS up to date - it's not my concern) - they SHOULD have at least honored the price that THEY ACCEPTED my order at. This is really poor performance - I would be very cautious doing ANY business with these folks.
It's a pity, too. Part of my selection process was that they were a local business and I try and do as much locally instead of with the Walmarts and other large corporations... "
