"Never once did the discription say there were other parts needed, nor did it tell us we had to have a gas line. We never even took it out of the box and sent it back, they’re charging us a restocking fee (15%), we had to pay shipping to send it back ($200), and if they decide not to accept it back we have to pay to ship it back to us presumably another $200, for a product we can’t use after paying the $505 to buy the unit. It’s been over a week since it was delivered back to them and we still don’t know if they’ve decided to accept it back or not. "

"First off, I did receive my mini-split from them almost two weeks after ordering. The system works fine. However, when I tried to call to talk about a price match, customer service said I needed to talk to sales and they immediately transferred me. Then sales said I needed to talk to customer service and immediately transferred me. Then customer service said I needed to talk to sales and I stopped them right there. I asked to speak to the manager and she straightened out my question. The wait time between transfers was at least 20 minutes each. And the phone system disconnected me once. You have no other option to communicate with them than the phone. No email or online chat. Lastly, their website gave me a tracking number, saying it was with FedEx and linked to the FedEx website. After 5 days of the FedEx website saying they do not have such a tracking number, I once again called Goductless and once again had to wait about 20 minutes to speak to someone. The person I spoke with said they never ship with FedEx and my order was shipped with Old Dominion Freight. If they do not ship with FedEx, then why did their website say it was shipped with FedEx? Overall experience was not horrible, but far from great. "
