"I placed a sunglass order on June 16, and was told that my glasses were backordered for 2 weeks. However, as I write this email, it is now July 28, and I have still not heard anything regarding the status of my order.
Since the website requests that all inquiries be sent via email to their customer service department, I have sent emails to request the status of my order. I have even called their offices and left a voicemail. All of my correspondence has gone unacknowledged.
All I want to know is if I need to go elsewhere to purchase my glasses. Their customer service is very very bad. My suggestion is not to use this company, unless you have no other options."
"I have a problem because I attempted to order a pair of sunglasses from gogetglasses.com on about 11/07/06. When they hadn't arrived in two weeks, I checked my credit card and saw that they hadn't taken their money off my card. I immediately contacted them and they told me that they would take the money when they shipped the sunglasses, then they e-mailed me back stating that they had no record of my order and I should re-order, which I never did. After Christmas I checked the balance on my card and saw thaqt they had taken the money off of my card-I NEVER RECEIVED ANY GLASSES! I e-mailed them three times to resolve the sistuation(either send me some glasses or return my money) and they will not respond. Although I can't provide you with an invoice no. because I threw it away after they didn't have my order in their system, but I have the e-mails they sent me and I them. I also have my credit card statement showing where thry took the money off my account. "
"I purchased a pair of eyeglass frames from gogetglasses.com a week ago, and I have not received ONE response e-mail from them. I also paid extra for Priority Mail shipping, and I still have NOT received my item.
There is NO WAY to contact these people; no phone number or company address is provided. Communication is AWFUL and I don't know if I'll even receive my item.
I complained to the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) about this situation, and I think all customers that have had problems with this company should take their time to complain. "

"On June 25th, 2005 I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses from gogetglasses.com and paid for priority shipping which has guaranteed to be shipped with 2-3 days from order date for a total of $126.99. The order wasn't shipped until 6 days after the order date.
Once the sunglasses arrived I opened them up to find a crack in one of the lenses.
I emailed customer service and they instructed me to send it back.
After I sent it back they only credit me back $90.75.
Their published policy states a refund will be given if there is a defect yet they still charged me a 25% restocking fee.
Josh from customer service only responded to me emails with short vague answers. His last email said the glasses were not cracked in which he was completely wrong or else I would not of returned them.
Dealing with this company was an horrible experience throughout the entire process (shipping, delivery, product, and especially customer service).
They do not publish a phone number, just an email address in which response is poor.
Do not buy from here! Go somewhere reputable!"

An e-mail (they have no tel#) advising them of the non delivery of merchadise produced a response saying it was impossible for them to have sent out a case with no glasses(ie that I am a liar). "This company was awful. We ordered a nice pair of Maui Jims for second day air and they arrived over 10 days later after we had purchased the same glasses elsewhere as a gift. When we returned the glasses unopened they charged us full price for shipping, 25% stock fee, and the actual price of the glasses. Basically, we received $120.00 refund for glasses and shipping that cost us $180.00. My recommendation -- go elsewhere. These guys are crooks. It was totally there error!!"
